''We had been thinking about getting a new en-suite bathroom installed for some time and eventually decided to start getting some quotes in. We had 3 quotes in all with varying prices. We decided to go with Carl and Walter because they suggested installing a wetroom instead of a shower tray. Also a run of gloss white fitted bathroom furniture with sparkly black worktop.
They came on a Monday morning and were finished by Saturday afternoon all done whilst me & my husband were at work. The finished bathroom is excellent and we are both over the moon.

''We left Carl and Walter our house keys while we went on holiday. They were recommended by a friend of ours and they are a local company that we had seen out and about. We had contacted them and invited them to come to our home and quote us for a bathroom makeover. They advised us on what was suitable for our bathroom shape and then sent us a quote in the post within 2 days. We left for our holiday and came back to a gorgeous sparkly new bathroom with glossy white fitted furniture. Our home was immaculately clean as they had tidied up too . I would recommend makeover bathrooms to anyone and i will definitely be having them back next year to do my en-suite''.

''We went to our local bathroom shop in Gateshead and we asked the owner if he could recommend any fitters to install the equipment we had bought. He didn't hesitate to recommend Makeover bathrooms. We called the number on the card he gave us and got through to Carl who couldn't be more helpful. Within 3 days we had had a visit and a quote for the work to be done.We decided to book them in for an installation as the price was very reasonable. They turned up on time on the agreed start date and quickly got to work. Within 6 days we had gone from old , dated bathroom to brand new gorgeous bathroom and the standard of work was fantastic. We chose large porcelain tiles with rectified edges that were a pain to install the lads however did an amazing job - they absolutely make the bathroom. We have told all our friends and family and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone we know''.

Ouston. complete bathroom makeover with underfloor heating.
''Carl & Ryan had done a beautiful bathroom for a friend of my mams in Birtley. She was more than happy with her bathroom so we felt they were the people we wanted to do our bathroom. We knew what we wanted and told Carl and Walter when they came to give us a free quotation.They advised us on what was practical and what would work better.The only thing to do then was to pick the wall tiles ,Carl told us to visit Westerhope tile centre in Newcastle as they had the best selection at the best price. We settled on Travertine natural stone with an ivory grout. We also decided on L.E.D lighting and underfloor heating which the lads agreed to install at a reasonable price. Carl , Walter and Ryan started the bathroom on the Monday morning and by the Saturday afternoon we had a showroom quality bathroom that we were thrilled with. The wall tiling was absolutely perfect and we couldn't fault anything.
